My Morning Thought

June 15, 2013. It was a day where I will begin a new chapter in my life. I will go back to the country where my parents run their businesses. And as my parent’s wishes, I should have to run one of their companies. For me this is a new big chapter in my life. It’s not so easy to Controlling a company with more than 50 employees. Many friends of me said its great achievement. I will sit in a top position and I will be VIP and a decision maker in the company.

Honestly form the deepest of my heart; I think this is not my great achievement. Why? Because everything is already prepared by my parents. I did not build that company. My parents did it. I just know the history of it but I do not feel and experience how the struggle in developing that company. I just replace my dad’s position and continue what is already running well.

However, I am really happy and proud. Because my dad put great trust in me and gave full authority to handle it. I know it is not easy and I also believe I would have a hard time, face so many big obstacles and problems that I never deal with before.

Am I ready for it all? Yes. Absolutely I am ready…!! During the 2 years working as a PA, I have learned so much about how to be a good leader. I have learned a lot from my CEO, moreover I have learned from my daddy as well. And the most important thing is, I have God almighty. When my daddy put big trust in me, I have to put great faith in God. I surely believe with His loving and kindness, God will guide and lead every step that I take and makes me never afraid with this big responsibility.
