Widely Road

widely road

Widely road that stretches in the front of you,

Is a picture of your life in this world

There is no one knows which definite direction that are you taken

Behold the rays’ dawn and the stars of your Lord

So that you can continue to walk in the light of life

People who place faith in God

Would not came across of the gloomy road

Because the sunlight in the daytime and the stars at night was shining brightly

Exudes His love from the heights

I Surrender to Thee

kneel-by-god

My dear beloved Father in Heaven, under my limitation and weaknesses

I am kneeling in the front of You;

I want my whole life to be Thine

Take my entirely life into Your Holiness and purity

Take my each sigh of  into Your eternal life, for verily it is Yours too

Take my every temporally moment to Your endless time, where;

There is no more sins and bitterness

There is no more tears and cry; there is no more sorrow and suffering

There is no more adversity, disappointment, and no more desperation

Where there is only joyful, warmth of love, happiness and glory from You

Take my voice and let me sing How Great Thou Art and let me praise You endlessly

Use my weak lips to carry a sound of Your mercy, faithfulness, mightiness and Your dignity to the entire universe

Take my hand and feet; allow me to hold Your hand walk into Your Holy Promise Land.

Let me kneel under your feet, give me a chance to rinse your feet,

Because you has been first humble yourself to wash Your disciples

I want my whole life to be Thine, make me a servant to the Thee

Fulfill me with obedience to serve the Thee, Amen

Night Falls

Night falls

Night falls upon us all, with the darkest rays
to capture our soul and soothe the days.
The clouds filter the stars and calm the heart
to mark the end of another start.

Rest lures us in to peaceful sleep
so we can manage the lifestyle we keep.
Promises kept and love remains
somehow we still won’t be the same.

But better and ready to face the day
able to overcome obstacles that stand in our way.
Fearless and ready to make the change
that leads to where our souls are saved.

Twinkling stars dance to their own beat
combustive particles that move our feet.
Keeping us challenged, competent,
and utterly complete.

Forget Me Not

forget me not

Like my parents, I also really love flowers. In this morning weekend I spend my time together to gardening. While taking care of every flower, my mom said “It would be nice if we can plant forget-me-not flower here” My mind immediately drifted to remember it beautiful flower. We have the forget-me-not flower while we are live in Melbourne. Small blue flower with a golden bud in the middle of it petals. (There are some kinds of that are purple).

I also remember very well the history or legend of “Forget me not “There are some legend about this flower. In a German legend, after the earth was created, God went to each plant and animal and gave each a name. As God finished and was getting ready to leave, he heard a little voice at his feet saying “what about me?” He bent down and picked up the little plant that he had forgotten, and said “Because I forgot once, I shall never forget you again, and that shall be your name.” (Please do not ever think that our God is a God were inattentive. This is just a legend).

Another one is, when Jesus Christ was sitting on Mary’s lap one day and said that he wished that future generations could see her eyes. He touched her eyes and then waved his hand over the ground and blue forget-me-nots appeared, hence the name forget-me-not.

In Mill’s “History of Chivalry,” is given another story of origin with less happy ending. The lover, when trying to pick blossoms of the myosotis (the Latin name) for his lady-love, was drowned, his last words as he threw the flowers on the bank being “Forget me not.”

My mind drifted away. This flower is a symbol of Friendship, loving remembrance, and faithfulness. Same as this flower, so is our god. God’s love is very beautiful, He is our forever best friend, and about faithfulness, Lamentation 3:23 said: “they are new every morning great is Thy Faithfulness.”

“Forget me Not” flower just blooms in summer and in the end it will wither. Not like our Father in Heaven, His presence always be there in all seasons. We always feel His magnificent Love, kindness, and His faithfulness all the time. My favorite hymn song “Great is Thy Faithfulness “ said : “Summer and winter, and spring time and harvest, sun, moon and stars in their courses above, join with all nature in manifold witness to Thy great faithfulness, mercy, and love.”

If “forget me Not” flower only provide a physical beauty, Our God almighty provide us a magnificence spiritual life. Our God is incomparable with every beautiful flower at the entire of the world. For He who created it all.

Do you know something? “Forget me Not” is a forgotten flower (according the legend), but Our God almighty as the creator of the universe doesn’t want to be forgotten like “forget me Not”. God said to us: And it shall be, if thou do at all forget the Lord thy God, and walk after other gods, and serve them, and worship them, I testify against you this day that ye shall surely perish.” (Deuteronomy 8:19). He never forgets us as His beloved child. Let’s take a look at this verse: “Can a woman forget her nursing child, and not have compassion on the son of her womb? Surely they may forget, yet I will not forget you” (Isaiah 49:15)

Dear God in Heaven, I won’t forget You as You never forget me. Amen

That’s What a Friend Are For

friendshipOh Gosh…! This afternoon I fell missed my best friends badly. No matter what they where are. I miss my childhood and school friends, my college friends, and my old office friends. They all are very precious treasure for me.  Now I would like to lavish my longing to this post.

I was remembered of the story in the bible about a beautiful friendship in God. There are many bible stories about beautiful friendships. But right now I just take one of my favorite stories about friendship. And here’s the story…

Ruth and Naomi

“Greater love has no one than this that someone lay down his life for his friends.”

This is a beautiful story.  As a famine devastated the land Naomi lived in, her husband and two sons died and she was left with her two daughters-in-law, Orpah and Ruth.  Naomi was heart-broken and told them both to return to the houses they came from so that they could find new families to start.

Like-wise Orpah and Ruth were distraught.  “Then they lifted up their voices and wept again.  And Orpah kissed her mother-in-law, but Ruth clung to her.” (Ruth 1:14)  Orpah then leaves, but Ruth cannot bear the thought of leaving Naomi forever.  “But Ruth said, ‘Do not urge me to leave you or to return from following you.  For where you go I will go and where you lodge I will lodge.  Your people shall be my people and your God my God.  Where you die I will die, and there will I be buried.  May the Lord do so to me and more if anything but death parts me from you.” (Ruth 1:16-17)

Ruth loved Naomi so much that she wanted to live with her forever and be buried next to her.  Eventually Ruth marries Boaz and gives birth to a son and gives her child to Naomi to help raise.  Naomi becomes a foster parent to Obed.  Naomi’s love for Ruth is evident as Ruth 4:15 says, “Your daughter-in-law who loves you, who is more to you than seven sons.”  This is a very serious statement because sons were valued more than daughters in the Old Testament.  Ruth and Naomi loved each other dearly and we can learn a lot from it story.

We can see and learn from this example how genuine love is expressed in friendship. Ruth’s love is clearly expressed in that she wants to stay by Naomi’s side forever.  Naomi’s love is expressed in that she loved Ruth more than seven sons.

There is a greatest verse on love in the Bible (aside from Jesus’ death for us):

“Greater love has no one than this that someone lay down his life for his friends.” (John 15:13)

We can see a genuine love for our friends if  we are willing to love them enough to die for them.  I praise Jesus every day because He loved me that much.  I encourage you to praise Him every day also, for He loved the whole world enough to die for all of us, so that we all could be called sons and daughters of God.  Praise His Holy Name!  May we strive to stay on the narrow path as we live a life worthy of the calling.

To all dearest best friends, no matter where you are, no matter what you do, no matter what you still remember me or not, You always and still in the deep of my heart.  All of you are a precious treasure for me.

Dear Lord,

With my whole heart I ask that you look after my friends Guide them in troubles. Lead them when lost give them your ear when they just need to talk.

Lend them a hand when they’ve nowhere to turn Show them a new road when a bridge has been burned

Teach them to smile when everything seems bad and show them there is happiness After all that seems sad

Dear Lord, This is my prayer. I hope that every word you can hear this message is from my heart for my friends are so dear. Amen

My Night Reflection

prayer-2

I may not understand clearly about every temptation that I faced. But as God said: “No temptation has overtaken you except such as is common to man; but God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted beyond what you are able, but with the temptation will also make the way of escape, that you may be able to bear it.” (1 Corinthians 10:13).

I believe my Lord will not give me poisonous snake for those people who ask for bread. One thing that I should have to remember and embed in my deeply heart is everything that God has given to me, it all is so beautiful.

God’s hand was embroidering my life with a glorious and exalted creation. The time will become and I will behold the rainbow of His love.

God, I am grateful for Your promises. You make me strong standing on all of life temptation. You make me courageous to face every tribulation. You make me more comprehend to Your plan and will.

Dear Lord in heaven, I ask you to take my sleep under your promises, so tomorrow when I wake up in the beautiful morning I will behold your glorious and exalted creation. Embroidery my dreams with your loving hand and let everything I get is just according to Your will and plan. Not mine. Send Your Holy angel, let me sleep on their arms and keep me in peace. And let your blessing be upon me. Amen

Are You too busy for God?

busy timeI am on my way to the office when I received this devotional by email. My best friend in Japan sent me this good devotional which is very appropriate with my daily condition. And this evening I am pleased to share it to all of you.

When life gets you down and you feel like what’s the point to all this? There is not much time left in a day for the things you enjoy, because of all your responsibilities. Between working, taking care of your family, your home, and running around doing errands it’s easy to become exhausted. Well may I remind you that God has a purpose for your life, He has a purpose for you every day. Sometimes life does get pretty hectic and when it does we can feel overwhelmed, God tells us

“Be still, and know that I am God.” (Psalm 46:10)

If you feel like you haven’t heard from God and don’t really know what your purpose is then obey God’s word, be still, pray, and listen. Sometimes our daily purpose is something that doesn’t seem significant to us like taking care of your sick child. To Jesus when we care for the sick we are showing love and when we show love to others we love God as well. There might be times when God will bring people into our lives that are broken and your purpose is to reach out and comfort that person. No matter how small or big a purpose seems to us, to God they are all equally important.

Something to Ponder
We should be able to always find time for God even during the hustle and bustle of everyday life. If this is an area you struggle with maybe take a closer look at your daily priorities.
Is God at the top of your list?

Thank you to my best friend Kimiko for sharing this devotional

Your Name Written on the Cross

Carrying the crossWhen I took my breakfast with my parents this morning, my daddy suddenly asked me a question;

“My dear, do you remember a story about carrying a cross that I told when you start to replacing my position in the company?”

My mind immediately  recalled it story;

The young man was at the end of his rope. Seeing no way out, he dropped to his knees in prayer. “Lord, I can’t go on,” he said. “I have too heavy a cross to bear.” The Lord replied, “My son, if you can’t bear its weight, just place your Cross inside this room. Then open another door and pick any Cross you wish. There are so many Cross with the name of their owners.” The young man was filled with relief. “Thank you, Lord,” he sighed, and did as he was told. As he looked around the room he saw many different Crosses; some so large the tops were not visible. Then he spotted a tiny cross leaning against a far wall. “I’d like that one, Lord,” he whispered. And the Lord replied, “My son, that’s the Cross you brought in with your name written on it.”

“Yes, daddy “I replied. He smile at me

Then he asked me again; “Are you ready to carrying the cross that God gave to you?”

I am speechless. Thinking

“Are you? “

I look his eyes and said: “Yes dad. I am ready to carrying the God’s cross. No matter how big the cross that I should have to bear. God has designed the cross which according to my ability and He trust me to know that I can carry it with His help.”

“Good. And then prove it, my dear princess “He said as he stroked my hair.

The conclusion of the story rang in my ears as my daddy explained it’s moral.God gives us a Cross to bear and he knows we be able to handle it. Each Cross was designed for us, and we will be the one that becomes a better person because of it. Like coal under intense pressure, it will become a diamond. There isn’t another cross more perfect for us, and no one else’s cross can replace it.

So since then, when I am challenged and am feeling weak, I remember this story, and I know that I need to give it to God. He knows I can handle it, and if I get tired He is the one that will help me continue on. And in the end, it’s not about the burden at all; what’s important is how you bear your cross and what you learn from the journey.

Then said Jesus unto his disciples, If any man will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow me. Mathew 16: 24

Too often we think our burdens are the heaviest until we see the burdens that others carry.

Thank you for Your mercy in every hard time that I Had. Thank you for leading me when I should have to make a difficult decision, I am surely trust that it all are not came from my knowledge and ability, but only from Yours. Because I am count on You.

Dear Lord Jesus Christ, now I handed my every next step to Your loving hand. Ihand over all ofmylifeintoYourcare. I am deeply believed that Your care is real for me when I totally surrender to You. Bless my whole life and my family; make us as Your instrument to send out Your light where ever we are. Make us as blessing for people around us so they also feel Your love and grace. Please take my sleep tonight in Your shade, hide me under Your wings and lean me on Your shoulder. Amen.

He will cover you with his feathers, and under his wings you will find refuge; his faithfulness will be your shield and rampart. You will not fear the terror of night, nor the arrow that flies by day, nor the pestilence that stalks in the darkness, nor the plague that destroys at midday.

A thousand may fall at your side, ten thousand at your right hand, but it will not come near you.
