Teach Me To Hear You More

Hello my dear friends!! How’s your doing?  First of all,  on behalf of my family, let me wish you a Merry belated Christmas and Happy New year! I am so happy and excited could come back again to the blog after more than a month didn’t active do blogging. My dear readers, this’s my first post of this new year and I start with a short poem that I wrote when I was in flight from Paris to home. I hope this poem could inspire all of us. Thank you and God Bless.

Dear, Lord in Heaven…

For this New Year,

I do not pray for happiness, prosperity,  an abundant wealth,

Or another temporarily worldly things.

I also do not pray to understand the way you lead and guide me

But I just ask and pray to teach me more to do the things pleaseth you in all of my life

Teach me to hear you more, dear Lord.

 I want to know more Your loving guidance voice

and let me walk through my day just with You and Your word and voice.

Teach me to swift to hear and keep trust and obey every single of Your command

A new year I begin will be a happy year when I always hear Your more,

By faith, I always choose and trust to every single way you will make,

 and I always to do the things that pleaseth You.

My dove in the clefts of the rock, in the hiding places on the mountainside, show me your face, let me hear your voice; for your voice is sweet, and your face is lovely.

(Song of Songs 2:14)

You who dwell in the gardens  with friends in attendance, let me hear your voice!

(Song of Songs 8:13)

For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. (Jeremiah 29:11)

See, I am doing a new thing!  Now it springs up; do you not perceive it? I am making a way in the wilderness  and streams in the wasteland. (Isaiah 43:19)

Because of the Lord’s great love we are not consumed, for his compassions never fail. They are new every morning; great is your faithfulness. (Lamentations 3:22-23)

IN THE ETERNITY (Guest Post)

Thousands years have passed

Tirelessly the earth rotates

The sun shines from the east then walks to the west

The wind blows from the south then whirl to the north

 

Water flows along the river and flocked into the sea

Then fly into the sky and jump down to wet the ground

 

From age to age all recurring… as if it never ending…

 

One generation comes… another generation away

The new life comes… another life must go away

 

Earth indeed rotating millions times

But our life clock rotates only once

And no one knows when it will stop

 

Later when the life clock is no longer ticking

The dust will fused into the earth where it was taken

The human Spirit comes home to God in the eternity

 

Nothing efforts that can be grasped

There is no perishable thing that can be sustained

 

Life under the sun is just a piece of time that too jiffy

Thousands years are nothing compared to eternity

 

If eventually all will vanish and meaningless

Shall we merely pursue what is ultimately in vain and useless??

I Thank Thee

I thank Thee

O Thou whose bounty fills my cup,
With every blessing meet!
I give Thee thanks for every drop—
The bitter and the sweet.

I praise Thee for the desert road,
And for the riverside;
For all Thy goodness hath bestowed,
And all Thy grace denied.

I thank Thee for both smile and frown,
And for the gain and loss;
I praise Thee for the future crown
And for the present cross.

I thank Thee for both wings of love
Which stirred my worldly nest;
And for the stormy clouds which drove
Me, trembling, to Thy breast.

I bless Thee for the glad increase,
And for the waning joy;
And for this strange, this settled peace

You Are Not Alone

You-Are-Not-Alone Some time ago I posted a story about the ups and downs of being a single daughter. In the story I said that as a single daughter I often feel alone and lonely. Besides I cried and make an intense communication with God, there is a poem that I always read. This poem was be able to amuse, strengthen me and reminds me that I was never alone. I have a true friend that is the Lord Jesus Christ

At times like these it’s hard to find the right words to say,
And I know that words alone won’t take the pain away.
But, I know a man who sits high, and looks low,
And He is saying, “My child, you’re not alone.”

He is saying, “I love you and I am concerned about you,
and all the pain and hurt that you are going through.”
He is saying, “Lean on me, I will be your comfort through this time.
And although it’s dark now, the sun again will shine.”

Even though it’s hard to see through tears that you now cry,
Just know that there will come a day when your tears, He will dry.
And though words alone won’t ease the pain that you now feel,
Just know that in time, your heart, He will heal.

I pray that God will give you peace, and strength in your heart
As He holds you in His arms and from you, He won’t depart.
May you always be encouraged, may you ever hold on.
And remember, “My child, you’re not alone.”

Engagement Poem

Today is the first anniversary of our engagement. I still remember a year ago kevin, my fiance, giving a gift box containing a diamond ring and a piece of pink paper. He said: “Read this letter at night when you want to sleep. Later at night, I opened the letter and smiled. An engagement poem… and here’s the poem…

Once upon a time you met
and shared much love and laughter
May your Engagement continue the fairy tale
happy Ever After

Love is a miracle, sweet as can be,
That will always remain a complete mystery.
For though it is something that’s centuries old,
It cannot be purchased for silver or gold.
But instead must be given of one’s own free will,
And received with no promises it must fulfill.
And once it’s exchanged in this time-honored way,
There’s nothing that love cannot manage to say.
No problems too great and no problems too small,
For love, like a miracle, conquers them all.
And leaves in their place such a feeling of peace,
That joy, just like love, cannot help but increase!

A fairytale has just begun in the most perfect way,
Down on one knee a ring was given, “YES” did the lady say,
But this is not a dream you’re in, this is love that’s true,
Now all await with eagerness the day you’ll say “I do!”

This poem was not originally written by my fiance, but I was deeply moved and can’t wait for the time I say: “Yes, I do…! “ at the the church altar in a holy matrimony.

I am grateful to God that already gave me a great person into my life. He is not just fiance,moreover he is my friend, teacher, guide,my inspiration,  and he is my life.. I love you,Kevin.
