Dear Child-Karina's Thought

What such a surprise for me! A few days ago my fiancé returned from a business trip from America and he bought me a pearl necklace. When I opened it necklace’s box there is a letter. When I read it, I can’t hold my tears. I am moved and crying. The letter is not a love letter from my fiancé but it was more than the love letter. This evening I would like share it to all of you. Here’s the letter.

Dear child,

I just wanted to remind you today of how beautiful you are because there is a father of lies who will try to deceive you. He will try to tell you that you are not good enough, not attractive enough, not thin enough, not strong enough, not smart enough, not righteous enough, and that you are simply unimportant to Me.

He will try to tell you that you have broken one too many promises, that you have fallen one too many times, that you have lived one too many lies, and that you’ve been going in the wrong direction so long that it is pointless to turn back now. But guess what? You do not belong to him. He is not your father. I am. You see, you are My creation. You are My workmanship. You have been borne of My thought, every part of you placed together by My hands.

You have My thumbprint upon you. You are a princess, did you know that? You are My child, the daughter of THE King! I look at you and see a precious, priceless pearl. There is no ocean I would not swim, no mountain I would not climb, and no price I would not pay to have you and to be with you and call you my own. I already have. I have done all that I could, given all that there is. I desire to be with you every moment of every day.

 How I longs for you to talk to Me every day. My love for you never grows cold. My promises are never broken (contrary to what he might lead you to believe). My character never changes. And you, my daughter have been made in My image. I love you dearly, unconditionally and completely.

 I understand every emotion that you have. I’ve been there. I count every tear that you cry. I know every hair on your head. And do you know what? I even know your weaknesses and your failures and your fears. I know those hidden parts of you that you wish would go away. Those dark corners of your world that you stuff deep down, praying that no one will ever see. I have already seen them and they will not change my love for you. Nothing will. I love your heart and I desire all of it. I just wanted to remind you today of how beautiful you are and how precious you are to Me.

Who am I in Christ?

I am accepted

I am God’s Child, as a disciple, I am a friend of Jesus Christ (John 1:12, John 15:15)

I have been justified, I am united with the lord, and I am one with Him in spirit (Romans 5:1, 1 Corinthians 6:17)

I have been bought with a price and I belong to God, I am a member of Christ’s body (1 Corinthians 6:19-20, 1 Corinthians 12:27)

I have been chosen by God and adopted as His child. (Ephesians 1:3-8)

I have been redeemed and forgiven of all my sins (Colossians 1:13-14)

I am complete in Christ; I have direct access to the throne of grace through Jesus Christ (Colossians 2:9-10, Hebrews 4:14-16)

Another touching story…


I was walking around in a Big Bazaar store making shopping, when I saw a Cashier talking to a boy couldn’t have been more than 5 or 6 years old..

The Cashier said, ‘I’m sorry, but you don’t have enough money to buy this doll. Then the little boy turned to me and asked: ”Uncle, are you sure I don’t have enough money?”

I counted his cash and replied: ”You know that you don’t have enough money to buy the doll, my dear.” The little boy was still holding the doll in his hand.

Finally, I walked toward him and I asked him who he wished to give this doll to. ‘It’s the doll that my sister loved most and wanted so much. I wanted to Gift her for her BIRTHDAY.

I have to give the doll to my mommy so that she can give it to my sister when she goes there.’ His eyes were so sad while saying this. ‘My Sister has gone to be with God.. Daddy says that Mommy is going to see God very soon too, so I thought that she could take the doll with her to give it to my sister…”

My heart nearly stopped. The little boy looked up at me and said: ‘I told daddy to tell mommy not to go yet. I need her to wait until I come back from the mall.’ Then he showed me a very nice photo of him where he was laughing. He then told me ‘I want mommy to take my picture with her so my sister won’t forget me.’ ‘I love my mommy and I wish she doesn’t have to leave me, but daddy says that she has to go to be with my little sister.’ Then he looked again at the doll with sad eyes, very quietly..

I quickly reached for my wallet and said to the boy. ‘Suppose we check again, just in case you do have enough money for the doll?”

‘OK’ he said, ‘I hope I do have enough.’ I added some of my money to his without him seeing and we started to count it. There was enough for the doll and even some spare money.

The little boy said: ‘Thank you God for giving me enough money!’

Then he looked at me and added, ‘I asked last night before I went to sleep for God to make sure I had enough money to buy this doll, so that mommy could give It to my sister. He heard me!” ‘I also wanted to have enough money to buy a white rose for my mommy, but I didn’t dare to ask God for too much. But He gave me enough to buy the doll and a white rose. My mommy loves white roses.’

I finished my shopping in a totally different state from when I started. I couldn’t get the little boy out of my mind. Then I remembered a local news paper article two days ago, which mentioned a drunk man in a truck, who hit a car occupied by a young woman and a little girl. The little girl died right away, and the mother was left in a critical state. The family had to decide whether to pull the plug on the life-sustaining machine, because the young woman would not be able to recover from the coma. Was this the family of the little boy?

Two days after this encounter with the little boy, I read in the news paper that the young woman had passed away.. I couldn’t stop myself as I bought a bunch of white roses and I went to the funeral home where the body of the young woman was exposed for people to see and make last wishes before her burial. She was there, in her coffin, holding a beautiful white rose in her hand with the photo of the little boy and the doll placed over her chest. I left the place, teary-eyed, feeling that my life had been changed for ever…

The love that the little boy had for his mother and his sister is still, to this day, hard to imagine. And in a fraction of a second, a drunk driver had taken all this away from him.

Story of 40 old woman

There was a 40 year old woman who couldn’t have a kid since she was married at age 24. She tried everything she could but the doctor told her she was barren. Her husband left her after 16 years of trying.

She became so stressed up and spent most of her free time in meditation classes, religious circles, around pets and children homes.

At 43, she found a 50 year old man who she fell in love with as the man was known to have lost all his family in a disastrous road accident ten years ago and was always single and lonely. Fortunately, against all odds she became
pregnant and she became the happiest lady in the world.

She inspired all the women in the village and her husband bought them a beach house for appreciation. They got a cute baby girl and named her Patience. The baby meant the whole world to her and she even gave her a dog as pet at age 3 who the little girl loved so much.

One day the mother went to the grocery shop and left the baby girl with the dog in the living room. On returning
from the shop, she found the dog with blood all over its face and pieces of Patience’s clothes on its claws.

The woman couldn’t bear it. She immediately took a cutlass that was sharp mouthed and started beating the dog until the dog died. She then stopped crying and followed the blood stains on the floor to the bedroom. Where she found her baby Patience smiling naked on the chair and a DEAD HUGE SNAKE on the floor.

(The Dog had killed the snake and thus rescued the little girl from the snake). Share to inspire others.

God test us in different ways and we should not fall short
of his mercy and forgiveness.
