About me

Hi dearest friends. Welcome to my blog.

Contempalting  I am  a young wife and mother. Married to Kevin Lam with our first precious baby son, Andrew Timothy. I am the one and only daughter in my family. As  a single daughter I must be a greatest treasure and a precious one  for my parents.  When I was 6 years  old, I moved to Australia. Took  junior and senior high school, also earned   a degree in business administration and communications ( as my parents wishes) there.

Many people around me often said that I am an extraordinary girl. Well, I don’t think so. I just an ordinary girl but God’s love gave me an extraordinary life. He  has given me a life with  an abundant blessing. I am very grateful to God for His loving kindness.

Through this blog I am longing to inspire and encourage other through the God’s word and from my daily personal experience.  I hope  that can motivate, encourage and inspire those who read my posts. Periodically  I will  add and update with new post . I am very happy and grateful if you are willing to share  stories or everything to my blog

Eventually, Thank you for visiting my blog. I am pleased to reply your comments or like, if any. Have a good and precious life, God Bless you all.

Regards,

Karina Lam

    • Hello,dear
Thank you very much for asking me about my husband. Well, actually there is no family relation between my husband and Nora Lam. Just coincidence we have the same Clan. It is common in Chinese people have the clan but don’t have family relationship. Thank you very much and God bless 🙂

  2. Hi, sis. How is your dad? I hope all is better for him and for the entire family and all of your friends. It has to be perhaps the hardest thing you have had to deal with in your personal life. Just pray to God and be with your father as much as possible. Although it may be difficult to do, keep your mind on business when at work, as this is very critical right now!

Remember this verse from Isaiah 41:10…”So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.” He writes that to all of His children for all time…

    • Hello, brother.
Thank you for you care. My dad’s condition is getting better now but still under control of our Doctor team. For a while I am not active in the office..every day from morning till evening I always in the hospital.. I have to make sure every progress of my daddy. I know this is hard time for all of us especially to me.. but i also know and believe that God will not let me alone..Many has changed but I understand God has special purpose especially to me. This is a part of God’s grand design of my personal life. I called all of this as a life process. I even don’t know what tomorrow will bring but I put trust to God that God has wonderful plan and will beautiful in its time. Thank you for your attention to us here, and thank you for your prayer. God bless.

      • Well, Karin, you have a very good attitude toward all that is going on. You are looking after your father and I’m sure keeping an eye on what is happening in the office, even if you are not active in it. You realize this is all under God’s plan and things will work for the good to those who love the Lord. He will give you strength to get through all of this. I just hope your dad continues to make good progress and gets back to normal soon. Bless your mother in all of this, I hope she is doing okay! I am always concerned with what happens to you and your family, as I want the very best for all of you!

Take care and have a wonderful evening, Karin…love and blessings to you and the family!

        • Hello, brother..
Unfortunately I don’t have time to do fun things lately.I am on transition of company leadership from my daddy to me. But if everything is doing well, I have a plan to take holiday. I and family want to go to Korea. I have some friends there 😉 Thank you for always in touch, brother. God bless.

  4. Thank you for visiting Freedomborn and your for encouragement but I’m sorry that the advice given on my last Post which I had Reblogged is not accurate, I thought the Person who shared the link on her Blog would have checked it out first but it was still not wise of me to Reblog it without first checking it’s accuracy for myself but I have done an Update now that explains why the advice it shares is limited.

    Blessings – Anne.

I would give you full attribution of course for these very thought-provoking ideas. Thank you. Barbara Wilhelm

    • Dear sister in Christ, Lynna
Thank you very much for visiting my page 🙂 Yes Melbourne, Australia is a wonderful place to live. God Bless to you too, my new sweet sister in Christ.

  8. Hi Karina. It’s nice to ‘meet’ you and discover your blog after so long. I’m so glad you have a happy and blessed life, and then you credit much of this to God. I’m just beginning a somewhat belated journey into faith. I became a Christian back in 2008, but my faith has lapsed considerably in more recent years. I feel it’s never too late (I’m 60) to make changes in life. I am learning to put my trust in God once again and let him lead the way.

Strangely enough (having read your comments on this post), I have a sister who lives in Melbourne, Australia as you do too. She and my brother-in-law are Christians too and are very encouraging and supportive of me rediscovering my way again. I do miss her though. I’m in the UK and have never travelled there although she comes here every few years.

God Bless you, Karina and I look forward to reading more of your blog … Ellie x 🙂

    • Dear sister In Christ, Ellie

Yes you’re so right, it’s never too late to us to make changes in our life and God is so good He always patiently waiting for us come to Him. I pray for your next journey with God and let God anointed your life with His blessing and wisdom.

Talk about Melbourne, I think one day you have to spend your time visit this beautiful part of Australia 🙂
